Hardware is my weakness. Buckles, braces, buttons…clasps, carabiners, catches. Of all shapes and sizes. On my first day aboard the S.S. Caravel, Captain Donna gave me this jacket. With elbow-length sleeves that stay out of my way while I’m tinkering, plus a wired collar and button-down lapels that add flair, I’m ready to engage in scientific investigation. Plus the gear buttons and large front clasps make it something more than a simple cotton jacket. In either tea-stain, or pure white, it’s short and slimming. Truly the best ‘welcome aboard’ present I’ve ever received. (Actually, the only one, but who’s counting?)

    I love this jacket!!!! I ordered the large tea stained and it is true to size. The only problem I have is my bust is very large and when I button the top I'm slightly smushed on top, so I just don't button the top unless I wear a corset. Either a regular top or corset the jacket is soft to the skin and comfortable. I can't wait until spring so I can wear it everyday and not just on the occasional warm day <3
