An extravagant tapestry kilt (or extra wide belt). This beautiful skirt can be worn over pants, hot pants or even another skirt. Made in rich tapestry fabric with sleek satin lining on the inside. Wide braided trim at the waistband neatly edged in black satin piping. Two rows of regal black tassel upholstery trim run along the bottom that moves when you shake it! Fastens in front with two large metal d-rings and clasps. So fine! Comes in sizes small-xl.
