Easy to wear as a late summer's day, this two piece ensemble is made of 100% cotton to feel the fall breeze blowing through. Bustle back top and shirred layered skirt are made with lovingly reproduced details. Skirt is 40" in length and has soft elastic band for a comfortable carriage ride out to the country. Harness sold separately.
