    This does smell primarily of gardenia, but not in a heavy grandmotherly way as straight gardenia fragrances tend toward.
    I received a sample of this along with a recent purchase, and within 10 minutes of receipt I had already placed my order for this oil! Although not described, to me this smells of gardenias. Even cooler is what made me rush so much is that this reminds me of Black Gardenia but $100 cheaper. I would describe it as a warm gardenia smell.
