Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping includes first class post in the US. International shipping varies upon location and can be chosen upon checkout. Priority Mail (5-7 Internationally) and Express Airship Service (overnight in most U.S. cities, 2-3 business days for international) is available for an additional fee. You can only use express (overnight) service if you purchase that at checkout. Federal Express Home Delivery (3-5 business days) is also available for an additional fee. If you need an item by a certain date, please email us first to ask if it's possible. We usually ship within 2 business days of order's placement, pending stock availability. Please see individual product information pages to see if expedited shipping is available for an item. Some footwear and gift items may arrive separately, are not available for signature confirmation and can take 2-3 weeks. Customs Fees: Customs duties, taxes or tariffs are fees charged by your own Country for the import of goods from outside your Country. We neither enforce nor see these revenues and have no control over them. They are imposed by your own Country and vary depending on your area and items of purchase. We will not falsify documentation to declare these as a gift to offset these fees.
Privacy & Security
Our strict privacy policy and personal ethics prevents us from sharing your information or selling it to any outside party, for any reason. We may contact you directly from time to time with questions about your order, but otherwise, be assured a spam-free shopping experience from us.
Returns & Replacements
We believe that you deserve peace of mind when ordering online, and we want you to be completely happy with your order! Please contact us  by phone or email within 15 days to let us know of any issues with your order and receive a return authorization. For fastest service, be sure to include your order number. Parcels without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges and store credits do not incur restocking fees. All items must have tags attached and in new, unworn condition.

Item descriptions on the site will indicate which items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable under any circumstance. For example, for the health of all citizens, we cannot accept returns on headwear (including eyewear), stockings or undergarments and we do not return or exchange custom items.

SHOES: Please wear shoes on carpet to ensure fit. We cannot accept exchanges on shoes that have scuffs on the body or sole. Shoes must be returned in their original, manufacturer’s box, and damaged boxes cannot be accepted (damages include stickers, writing or tape on the box, broken or crushed boxes, and/or missing packing materials).

Ordering
Your payment options are currently through Google Checkout, or Paypal. If you dont' want a paypal account, you can still check out using Paypal as your payment gateway without opening one.
Due to our constantly rotating stock, we cannot accept money orders or checks at this time. Cash payments are allowed in-store only.

 

Size Charts
Because we source our wares from stay at home tinkerers, private companies and far away lands, there is no cookie cutter size chart. We try to give our impressions, our opinions and suggestions for fit on each page. If in doubt, feel free to contact us. Many items have their own size charts on the product's page as an image.
Gift Codes/ Certificates
When a generous and thoughtful friend gives you a Gift Certificate Code to ClockworkCouture.com, it may seem confusing to use! We're sorry about that and working on a better system to handle those. Until then, here's a how-to.

  2. 2. Go to MY ACCOUNT> MY CREDIT
  3. 3. Enter your code into the box and SUBMIT CODE
  4. The amount you were given will be acccessible upon checkout. A prompt will ask if you would like to use your credit for the purchase and if there is any remaining balance or debit, the site will instruct you how to proceed. Additional credit is kept track of by the site and will stay with your account.

Vegan & Cruelty-Free Goods
Clockwork Couture, Inc. does not carry leather or fur. We at times carry wool blends from non-mulesed sheep, and silk trim. When in doubt, feel free to ask. Our decision is based on many factors, and we get alot of heated emails about it. To clarify, we aren't judging you by our choices. It's our store, we like to feel good about we carry, we don't feel good about animal products. There have been advances in materials and fabrics to the point where animal products and non are nearly indistinguishable from another in texture, quality, and comfort. If you desire those items, there are other wonderful shops that I'm sure can help you.
